According to a report, the pop singer was pulled over last month (June 23) by the NYPD for texting while driving.
“Beyoncé was really embarrassed because she only recently got her driver’s license.”
Her celebrity status didn’t help her to avoid receiving a ticket either.
“She tried to charm that cop and told him she had no idea that texting while driving was against the law. He had no idea who she was. He just slapped her with the ticket, which was worth more than $100!”

Many Americans wrongfully text was driving a motor vehicle so why was this beautiful Black singled out for enforcement of New York State’s Anti-Texting Law ? This is a pure case of selective enforcement of a poorly made law that can be applied in a fair, consistent or objective manner.
They don’t enough cops to fairly enforce said texting law.

With her cash I surprised she didn’t get a lawyer to get this thing dropped. But I guess its better for society that she admits she was in the wrong and she will never do it again.
