First up, Ciara. The R&B star popped a pose in the bejeweled Brian Litchenberg frock upon arriving at her “Fantasy Ride” album release party at NYC’s M2 Ultra Lounge back in May. The “Love Sex Magic” singer paired the dress with minimal makeup, simple black pumps, and her signature smile.

Kim K., on the other hand, was recently spotted sashaying down the red carpet at TAO nightclub in Las Vegas in the very same dress. The reality star opted to enhance her sparkling ensemble with black ankle boots and a futuristic updo.

Ladies and gentlemen, we have yet another close call on our hands. I typically like Kim’s looks, but her hoof-like heels are downright hideous. Then there’s Ciara. I have to give her some credit; for a hottie who used to always look like a hot mess, she can actually pull it together these days. Plus, her shoes don’t make me ill. As a result, she emerges victorious.
