Lil’ Scrappy Gets To Stabbin

Atlanta rapper Lil’ Scrappy is a free man again, out on $1,500 bond after spending nearly 48 hours in a DeKalb County jail over a domestic dispute.

The crunk rap star, born Darryl Richardson, went home early yesterday morning, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Scrappy was cuffed and taken in Friday afternoon after getting into a brawl with his sister’s boyfriend.

According to DeKalb police spokesman Officer Marcus Hodge, Scrappy’s sis called him over to her apartment after a heated exchange with her boyfriend. The rapper arrived and ended up scrappin’ with the beau and suffering non-life threatening stab wounds as a result.

Though the sister’s boyfriend escaped charges and was not arrested, Scrappy was hit with felony use of a weapon as well as a possession charge. Cops turned up marijuana in the rapper’s car.
