Usher Raymond V. Raymond?

Usher to release a new album next month.
According to Billboard, Jive is announcing that Usher’s new album, “Raymond V. Raymond,” is being released Dec. 21. The set’s lead single, “Papers,” is No. 2 this week on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and No. 32 on the Hot 100.
Usher’s last album, 2008’s “Here I Stand,” has sold 1.2 million units, according to Nielsen SoundScan. His biggest-selling album to date is 2004’s “Confessions,” which stands at 9.7 million units.
