Customer Review: Good as any batteries – charger needs design re-working
I got this because I lost my original Dig. Rebel XT charger. I needed a charger, but didn’t want to spend 50 dollars on one from Canon. The extra batters work great in my camera, I dont know if their battery life compares to the original, because i haven’t ran them down yet, but they dont seem very bad, and now I have three batteries, so it doesn’t really matter if they last a little bit less. The charger works fine, it holds the batteries weird. They have to be in the center of it, and it took me a couple tries to figure out how to get them in there, it’s not a very good design, but it works for now.

Customer Review: Works well if you’re willing to risk it…
I have experienced two of these DigicPower battery packs. I work at a camera shop and the first one I ever had my hands on… I was prying off a brand new Nikon D80. The unit itself had stopped working and was unable to power the camera after about 2 hours. The big wheel that turns the tripod thread mount to remove it from the camera came off the tracks. We had to dismantle the entire unit (Which once apart it’s apparently not meant to go back together 
and still couldn’t access the mechanism through the bottom. Last resort was breaking into the housing of the unit with a small screw-driver and using it to turn the gears 1/4 turn at a time to eventually get the thing off the camera. Whew! The camera itself was only a little scratched up on the bottom, but we replaced it anyway. The power pack itself was completely destroyed. This scared the heck outta me. I had the opportunity to purchase one for myself at a very discounted price, brand new. It’s for the Rebel XT/XTi. After thorough testing to ensure it would be a solid unit I bought it. So far, it’s survived a few photo shoots with me but I’m not entirely sold on the longevity of the battery life. Doesn’t seem to last any long than the Canon Brand battery pack. When I get a few more pennies to spare I will without a doubt be replacing this unit with a Canon brand battery grip. It’s built better (in my opinion,) I like the finishing and the grip better – plus it has the shutter release, AE lock button, shutter wheel, etc. All in all, not bad if you’re willing to take a risk. But if you have the extra few bucks to spend, go with the camera made pack. You won’t regret it!

Customer Review: Items different from picture. 1 Star rating is still too much.
First, the order was late. And for some reason the seller wasn’t CTA on the order, it was Red_Hot_Buys. My invoice links to this description page, which I ordered. I sent an email to the seller and Red Hot Buys called that night apologizing for the shipment being late or “lost” via DHL. To make it up, he included a complimentary camera bag and that he would ship my order again. I received the shipment and the package contained only 2 camera batteries, car battery charger and the comp camera bag. The other 7 items were not there. So, I sent another email to the seller stating my dissatisfaction & requested a refund, a return authorization number, and a returned shipment label. Overall, this was a big waste of time from ordering, waiting for the shipment twice (the original and the 2nd shipment) and having to go thru the protocols of returning. It would’ve been easier and less hassle going to a camera store. Lesson learned.

Whereas the Flip Mino is indeed the easiest-to-use video camera I’ve ever come across, and it’s sleek and practical to carry, the question of downloading and editing videos is not as easy as it seemed. It has an integrated usb that connects directly to one’s computer, but creating the mixes you’d like to save is a time-consuming process. Having only 2 usb entrances on my laptop, one of which is needed to connect to the internet, printing a document while a video mix is being created is not an option.
