(HIPHOPHONEY NEW) The ice cream man will be out in time for the summer

Atlanta rapper Gucci Mane appeared in a Fulton county courtroom yesterday. He was senteced to 45 days for violating his probation and will be out by the end of June. Gucci Mane was arrested in April for allegedly pushing a woman out of a moving car when she refused to go to the telly with him for a little afternoon delight.
