Lil Boosiewas scheduled to appear in court earlier today (January 12) on murder charges, but the hearing has been postponed according to Baton Rouge media outlets.  Although Lil Boosie did not appear to others did make an appearance..

Eddie Stewart and Ryan Carroll were indicted in connection with the killings of six people over the course of a year in Baton Rouge.
A new date was set to hear motions in their case on April 27 and a trial date would likely be set at that time.

Lil Boosie was expected in court this morning to face the murder rap of Terry Boyd, 35, who was shot  on Oct. 21, 2009 while inside his home.

Lil Boosie and three others, including Michael Louding, known as Marlo Mike, were scheduled to appear in court, but their cases were moved to a later date.

Additionally, Louding, 17, has been charged with killing local rapper Chris “Nussie” Jackson, who was embroiled in a dispute with Lil Boosie.

LiL Boosie could face the death penalty if found guilty for Boyd’s murder he  is also accused in a murder-for-hire scheme and for smuggling drugs into a state prison.
